After a very hot June, July has started out cold and rainy. We are wondering what Elsa is in store for us?
(Tropical Storm Elsa headed our way)
I don’t really have much to say, so I guess I will let the pictures do the talking. This set of pictures clears my backlog.

We were disappointed again this year as we didn’t seem to have a baseball season. The baby turkeys didn’t show up until they were the size of footballs. It must have been a pretty gruesome baseball season as there are only three chicks left.

We are keeping busy around the house. Early summer can be a really pretty time here. We continue to just muddle along.
We are keeping an eye on the Delta variant.

I absolutely LOVE the first bird picture! Wonderful wet angry bird expression, have felt that way camping in years past when I would whine, sulk and pack all the wet bedding and clothing off to the laundry-mat to dry it off. Except birds don’t have that option. Clearly what this guy is feeling. A perfect natural Cyrus.
Love all the bird pictures and the wannabe birds. You think I would have gone for that “interesting meat” also, esp. at that price. 🙂Glad to see you are all doing well. Watching the delta variant here as well. Stay safe and well,
I know I don’t always comment, but I really do enjoy your blogs.
