Late June 2021

It has slipped from June into July already. One of our Yuccas has bloomed and another looks to follow suit.

Cyrus was gung-ho to get ready for the fourth of July.

Cyrus a.k.a. Capt. America

My hair stylists suggested that Cyrus couldn’t do it all alone and that he needed a side kick. Remember what your mother’s used to tell you about resisting peer pressure? Well I guess I forgot:

Teamwork

BOIDS

The end of June was quite hot and the birds took advantage of our bird baths.

Eagle

OH Deer!

We have three does, two with twins and one with a single fawn that we can identify. We saw the two sets of twins at the same time. So that is five new mouths to feed in out yard.

Fun with Benji

Not too much to add. I already have over two hundred photos for the next blog.

We are enjoying the walks with Benji and the ability to interact with the neighbors. We also prefer to shop for ourselves.

The news about the new COVID variants is troubling. We will have to try to stay informed.

Stay Safe, Stay Healthy.
