Early March 2023

March came in like a LION. We had winter weather. First we had sleet that coated everything with a quarter inch of ice followed by a couple inches of snow. This really made a mess of things so travel was problematic. This was then followed by two days of extreme cold, danger cold below zero.

Early January 2023

After a busy holiday season, things have really quieted down. It has been an unusually warm January with occasional winter weather. We got a little snow but it quickly melted away. Bomb Cyclone Elliot We didn’t escape the effects of the bomb cyclone that blasted the country over the holidays. Fortunately we just stayed home and didn’t have any travel plans.
