There hasn’t been any movement on the camera front. The black Friday and cyber Monday sales were not inspiring enough to separate Mark from his money. For a pittance more, there is a sixty megapixel camera available. I am pretty sure that whatevah I bought would be superseded in a month or two. I hate it when my dreams are crushed. I guess I will have to limp along with the current tech.
Boids
We have a hawk that keeps hanging around the yard and is a frequent visitor. He is not entirely welcomed by the other residents.
We have seen a few turkeys.
The turkeys are doing their fall dominance thing. When it gets too rough, you can always opt out:
We had birds looking for water in the summer bird baths. We have since added a heated bird bath to the front porch.
We have gotten a couple days of heavy rain. I was stuck inside, so I snapped a few pictures.

Fun with Food
We had a fairly subdued Thanksgiving this year. There was just the four of us and we had a brunch and a dinner.

Sammie Fratatta Pancake Day Sammie
We still try to have mini BYOB on Fridays in Moody Point. This time it was pretzel wrapped hot dogs.

We have finally reached a consensus: the double chocolate brownies are similar to the cake like triple chocolate brownies. So if you are making brownies in our house go for the gooey triple chocolate deliciousness.
Fun with Benji
Benji has been a marvelous addition to our family. I would have never guessed what a great addition to the family a miniature schnauzer could be. I am so glad he joined us.
Moody Point hosted a lantern walk just before Thanksgiving. This was our contribution.
It is just after Thanksgiving and we are retreating further into self isolation. The surge in the virus has us concerned. It would be a shame to have endured so long and fall short near the end. Hope you are all healthy. Stay safe.
