We spent four days at the Lukimbi Safari Camp. We stayed in individual cabins and the camp was open again. This meant we had to be escorted after dark. Meg and Kate’s cabin had a private soaking pool overlooking the river. They made good use of it.
Four days meant eight game drives. It was hot so the drives were dawn and dusk again. We had a guide and a tracker, so their was a tracker seat at the front. When the tracker was otherwise engaged, we were allowed to use the seat. The guide was into big game, birds not so much.

So we have blogged three Safari Camps so far: MalaMala, Shalati and Lukimbi. Each provided opportunities to observe the wildlife in their natural habitat. They were more similar than not. So I guess we have had an average Safari experience so far.
