After a three year hiatus, we have reinaugurated our local PI Day celebration. The weather was not as cooperative as one would like, but we decided to hold the PI Day Party anyway.
We started PI Day with PI.
There was rain overnight of PI Day that switched over to heavy wet snow and high winds. It continued snowing right through the party.
The guests started arriving around five. We segregated the pies into dinner PIs and dessert PIs. We were lucky and got a good mix of PIs.
We did significant damage to the PIs during the party.
A good time was had by all.

P.S. Wink and I would like to thank our guests for their contributions to another successful PI Day.

PI day was a great time eating wonderful pies despite the snow.
We came to our first PI day- twice! We drove through the snowstorm to deliver Bobbi’s PIstacio PI safely, but alas no place to park without blocking the road or snowplows. So took the car home and came back again on foot.
Loved all the PIze, the company, Winkie and Mark’s home and hospitality. Even took a relaxing ride on the Infinity lounge chair.
Just hope March 14, 2024 has better weather!
Tom & Bobbi
