We decided to do a few cosmetic changes to the yard and enquiring minds want to know how things are going. Of course I have been documenting the progress. I had planned to do a blog with before, during and after photos. There has been good progress but slow so I changed my mind and will do a before and during blog.

We are widening the driveway and providing a parking and turn around space close to the house. We are also replacing the vegetation that the deer savaged and getting rid of some invasive plants. As a bonus we are planting some flowering and fruiting bird friendly plants in the yard.

So most of the work is in the front yard, but the whole yard is affected.
