Late February 2019 – NEHiN

It is already the end of March and I haven’t blogged yet for March and still have February content to share. I suppose it is a form of writer’s block. I don’t want to do the March postings until I have completed the February but don’t seem to find the motivation to get it done. It is not like I don’t have content and it is easier to blog in small chunks, but I didn’t. I hope to do all of March’s blogs before the end of March. But first, late February…..

Foggy Morning

The turkeys and the deer have been ever present in the yard. Here are the turkeys getting water from the spring. The spring tends to remain unfrozen for most of the winter.

The ice on the bay is starting to break up at this point and the seagulls are resting on the edge of the ice.

The deer are still around.

The woodchuck has reappeared. We took this as a sign of spring.

The birds are around at our feeders and the hawks keep an eye on the birds.

Cogitate on that for a bit

A big birthday came and went with all it entails. The biggest change was transitioning to Medicare as my primary insurance carrier. We celebrated it suitably with a fancy meal and a birthday cake.

Party!

I don’t know why this was so hard, but it was.
