January slipped by with just three storms. It is early February and we are getting even more rain. We have been seeing lots of turkeys and deer. We have even seen the turkeys and deer at the same time. Their interaction was interesting to say the least.

The deer are hungry and have even been coming to our bird feeders. They came at twilight and also during daylight.

We have seen up to fourteen deer at one time.

So what happens when you have both deer and turkeys at the bird feeder? In this case the turkeys chase the deer off.

Other than that, there is not much going on.

We have just been hanging out, enjoying NewMahket and keeping warm.
